Pay registration fee.

medical license/
proof of employment.)

Step 3
Your registration has been
successfully completed.

Step 4
You will get a
confirmation e-mail.

  • To Make a group registration (minimum 3 persons), please send an email to the secretariat(
  • Payment for group registration MUST be made by bank transfer. (And please note that the bank charge for remittance should be paid by the registrants.)

    The fee ought to reach our account within the 72 following hours.
    After you transferred by bank, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds will be given after 23rd October 2018
  • Cancellation must be notified to the secretariat in writing by e-mail. (
  • Note that bank charges for refunds should be paid by registrants.
Full Refund BEFORE 23rd October 2018
No Refund AFTER 23rd October 2018

Invitation Letter for Visa Application

  • To receive an invitation letter, participants must pay their registration fee in full.
  • After the payment, please contact to the APAAC Secretariat for your Visa Invitation Letter. (
